Refund Policy

After you submit your carry-out order, we will attempt to verify your order by calling the phone number you provided or emailing you at the email address you provided. If we are able to verify your order it becomes non-refundable. You are responsible for picking up your own order. If you do not pick up your order it is still non-refundable. If we are unable to verify your order, you will be refunded your complete purchase. If your order is placed after the posted business hours, your order will not be filled and will be refunded. Refunds will be made to your credit card within 5 business days.
